Anger Management Classes
The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. You cannot get rid of or avoid the things or people that trigger your anger, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions. When we identify our triggers and properly assess our choices, we can learn to control our actions. You will learn coping skills and relaxation techniques and your beliefs will be challenged. Learning to control our anger leads to happier and healthier lives.
